Service to Members

Journals/ Publications: The Institute shall publish an official journal (African Journal of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management - AFRIJESB) and other useful publications to serve the interest of its members
Financial Support: It shall recommend members for financial support from the Banks, Government and other sources in order to provide them with initial outlay.
Workshops: The Institute shall embark on Training, Seminars and Workshops for various sectors of the economy. These would be designed for both members and non- members alike. Members will be encouraged to attend the Institute’s various periodic courses, aimed at equipping them for the challenges ahead
Enhanced Professional Training Programme (EPTP) or Continuous Professional Development (CPD): This will be a compulsory training programme for members of the Institute intended to give them an edge over others as well as to keep them abreast of new developments in the world of Small Business and Entrepreneurial Management
Code of Ethics: The Institute shall fashion out suitable ethics to guide its members in the process of executing their official assignments as well as regulating interactions among themselves and the public.
Employment/ Confirmation: Members would not only be recommended to organizations where their services are needed, but also vouch for their integrity and professional competence.

Service to the public

Consultancy: The Institute shall assist companies in any area of operations and interest such as Feasibility studies, New Product Development, Entrepreneurial Development and Business Survey e.t.c. There are departments in the Institute in charge of these.
Financial Support: It shall recommend members for financial support from the Banks, Government and other sources in order to provide them with initial outlay.
Placement Service: The Institute shall assist companies and individuals who wish to engage the services of professional in any area of Business Management to source for tested professionals.
Confirmation: The Institute shall assist companies who wish to confirm the status of members in their employment
Annual Entrepreneur’s Conference:: This is an annual event that will bring all the entrepreneurs together so assess issues that are relevant to their operations in order to secure their continuity in business.
Annual Entrepreneurship Public Lecture:: This lecture is organized for members of the public and is one of the laudable programmes of the Institute. It is designed to keep the public abreast of the business opportunities in Nigeria and how to harness them. This service is free.
Technical Assistance: The Institute shall assist Institutions of higher learning to create Innovation and Entrepreneurship Department so as to deepen the study of the course.
Annual Budget Review: The Institute would from time to time review the nation’s budget and make an input for possible consideration by the government
Other Services: Include feasibility studies, new product development etc.
Annual Entrepreneurship/ Merit Award:: This is an award of the Institute to recognize the efforts of organizations and individuals that have distinguished themselves in Entrepreneurship/Small Business Management both in practice and in theory
