IIFEM has its Headquarters in Nigeria. It has management headed by a President. Members on the board are: Secretary, Treasurer, Publicity Secretary, elected chairpersons, secretaries and publicity secretaries of State Branches. The board is answerable to the board of trustees appointed by the Founder.

Professor Helen Afang Andow is a Professor of Entrepreneurship Management and the Director, Entrepreneurship Research & Development Centre, Kaduna State University. A celebrated educationist, scholar of international repute and an epitome of selfless service. The passion and zeal with which she contributes to the growth and development of Nigerian education sector especially at Kaduna State University, commands respect and accolade. With track record of dedication to duty and patriotism, she is a household name in the entire institution. Born on November 19th 1974 in Mubi, Adamawa State, she attended Yelwa Primary School, Mubi from 1981 to 1986 for her First School Leaving Certificate. For her West African School Certificate, she attended Government Technical Secondary School, Mubi from 1986 to 1992. She obtained her B.Sc. (Business Administration) and Master of Business Administration (Finance) in 1997 and 2001 respectively from University of Maiduguri, Borno State. Endowed with uncommon intelligence, she bagged Ph.D. in Management from Prestigious Military Institution in Africa, Nigeria Defence academy, Kaduna in 2012. She is a Consultant to many organizations in the area of Entrepreneurship, Management and Business Finance. Armed with knowledge to make a difference, her progressive career started at Nigeria Defence Academy, Kaduna as Assistant Lecturer in March 2006. With diligence and track record of excellent performance she was elevated to Lecturer II in 2008 and Lecturer I in 2012. For greater impact on humanity, she transferred her service to Kaduna State University as Senior Lecturer in February 2014 and became an Associate Professor 2017 and Full Professor in 2020. She had at various times taught the undergraduate and postgraduate courses including Entrepreneurship and Venture Creation; Entrepreneurship Development; Small Scale Business Financing; Public Finance, Principles of Finance; Economic Planning and Development; Management Information System; International Business; Business Policy and Strategy; Global Economic Environment; Research Methodology, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Retirement and Pension Administration, Human Resources Management among others For her academic versatility, she is a certified trainer for Doctoral supervision from Stellenbosch University (African Doctoral Academy) South Africa, A Certified E Learning expert by Louisiana State University USA, External Examiner to various universities, Resource person for MBA Residency Programme SMC University, Board of examiner and supervision NOUN, a Certified Business Development Service Provider (BDSP) and a member to NUC Accreditation team and Resource Verification to many universities. She was appointed Fellow/Member of the following organizations: Fellow, Nigerian Institute of Business Economists of Nigeria; Fellow, The Institute of Registered Administrative Managers of Nigeria; Fellow, The Institute of Human Capital Development Nigeria, Fellow, Institute of Business Diplomacy & Financial Management, Fellow, The Institute of Classic Entrepreneurship of Nigeria, Member, Nigeria Institute of Management; Member, The Academy of Management, Nigeria; Member, Institute of Entrepreneurs, Nigeria; Member, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Member, Capital Market Academics. Presently, she is the President of International Institute of Female Entrepreneurship (A Division of ICENT) and Board Chairperson, Arewa Entrepreneurship Frontier Network. An efficient administrator of men and resources, Professor Helen started making impact on humanity starting from her primary school days as the Head Girl from 1985 to 1986. Other positions she held include: Head Girl, Government Technical Secondary School, Mubi from 1990 to 1992; Financial Secretary, Banking and Finance Students Association, University of Maiduguri from 1996 to 1997 and President, Interact Club International District 9112, Mubi from 1989 to 1992. While in the service of Nigeria Defence Academy, she had served in the following capacities: Secretary of Committee on Common Wealth Scholarship 2008; Member, Faculty Board of Examiners for Engineering Faculty, from 2009 to 2014; Member, Convocation Committee on Refreshment 2009 to 2014; Chairperson, Departmental Welfare Committee; Member, Academy Committee on Total Quality Assurance (2012/2013 session); and Coordinator, Post Graduate Diploma in Management from 2011 to 2014. Coming to Kaduna State University, she has not lean on her oars as she served as Deputy Dean Postgraduate School 2016-2017; Head of Business Administration Department in 2014 - 2018; Member, University Senate 2014 to date; Member, University Management Endowment and Fundraising Committee (2018 to date); Chairperson, Committee of Investigation on Assault on a Senior Lecturer 2015, Chairperson, University Committee on Proposed Short Term Courses and Manual (2014); Chairperson Departmental Promotion and Evaluation Committee (2014 to 2018); Chairperson, NASE Retreat Fellow-up and Linkage Committee for Entrepreneurship Research and Development Centre 2015, Chairperson Faculty Seminar Committee, Management Member of the Kaduna State University (2018 to date), Member, University Committee on ICT development 2020, Member, University Committee on Research and Development 2020, Member, University Committee on Library Development 2020 and Member, Ad hoc Committee to Investigate Ethical Related Misbehaviors’ by KASU Staff among others.

As an academic prodigy, she has quite over sixty articles published in national and international conference proceedings and chapter contributions. Helen equally has broad knowledge in book review which has seen to her review of: Science Publication and Business Management Journal (2012 to date); Journal of Science and Management Sciences, Kaduna State University (2013 to date); Journal of Economics and International Business Management (2014 to date); African Journal of Business Management (2014 to date), the editorial adviser of Journal of Entrepreneurship, Business and Innovation among others. She has attended several courses nationally and internationally in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Venture Creation, Management, Leadership and Corporate Governance. Professor (Mrs.) Helen is happily married. Her hobbies include fitness walk, badminton, computers and educational expedition.

Siham El-Kafafi, Ph.D., FIFEM, FTIME,FCGPE

Dr Siham El-Kafafi is the founder of Arrows Research Consultancy Limited. She is an entrepreneur, educator and businesswoman who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of her students and clients. She started her company in June 2014 with the aim of sharing her mentoring, training and coaching experience through tailored programs serving her clients and their needs. Siham El-Kafafi has a wide industry and consultancy experience in the medical, manufacturing and service industry besides being an academic for the past 21 years. Her teaching experience plays a leadership role in the creation of high quality student experience in a wide range of business courses. Siham is running her own business Arrows Research Consultancy Limited, providing consultancy work for both corporate organisations and educational institutions since June 2014. Siham holds a PhD from The University of Waikato, New Zealand, a Masters in Adult Literacy and Numeracy Education from Auckland University of Technology, a Masters of Public Administration from the American University in Cairo and Bachelors of Art in English Literature with Honors from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. Siham has over 100 publications in journal articles, book chapters and conference proceedings besides being on the editorial boards for various national and international journals, on board of examiners and award committees. . She is the co-editor of the “Handbook of Research on Indigenous Knowledge and Bi-Culturalism in Global Context, published by IGI Global Publishers in early 2019.

Siham is a highly effective communicator, experienced in educational and research mentoring and coaching, knowledgeable in her field, passionate about people development and their lifelong learning experience. She has efficiency and accuracy in meeting deadlines and requirements with knowledge of quality assurance requirements. She translates theory into practical solutions that can result in a significant impact on growth. Siham does research in: - Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Organisational Culture - Leadership and its impact on organizational behavior, sustainability and success - Service quality in various contexts and industries - Corporate social responsibility and business ethics - Adult education pedagogy - Educational Leadership - Educational Assessment and Adult Education.
