...Accrediting for entrepreneurial excellence and leadership
The Quality Policy of The Accreditation Council for Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Education is the quality commitment to “quality assurance, customer satisfaction, value creation through “knowledge, professionalism, education, and service” and the utilization of its members and enterprises in conformity to the standard operation procedure in management, system, training, and customer service.
The Accreditation Council for Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Education (ACEEE) which aims to raise the quality of entrepreneurship and enterprise education in Africa has adopted the basic principle to carry out its activities in line with the philosophy of continuous improvement and total quality and to meet the expectations of higher education institutions providing education in entrepreneurship and enterprise education. ACEEE will adhere to the following values in order to keep the quality of the services provided at the highest level
ACEEE employees and volunteers establish and maintain a respectful and compassionate relationship with all institutions they serve. They are sensitive to their current needs and expectations. They are aware that the last institution that evaluates the quality of the services is the institutions receiving the service.
Continuous learning is a prerequisite for continuous improvement. For this reason, ACEEE constantly learns from both its own activities and performance and the experiences of other similar institutions. The development of employees and volunteers is supported and encouraged in a way that creates an environment for them to realise and use their full potential.
ACEEE provides services that will create added value for its stakeholders, especially the institutions it serves. The added value of the service is monitored through direct feedback. In particular, ACEEE evaluation teams try to provide useful feedback for the continuous improvement of health sciences education and evaluation process.
Maximising the value offered and increasing the success depends on the development of cooperation. For this reason, ACEEE seeks and develops cooperation opportunities with national and international organisations. For a sustainable cooperation, it is essential to have shared goals among cooperation partners, to share expertise, resources and information, to work together and to establish a relationship based on mutual trust, respect and openness.
ACEEE employees and volunteers have adopted a high level of ethical approach, as individuals with responsibility towards stakeholders, ready to be transparent and accountable. Therefore, they act professionally by avoiding conflict of interest within the framework of ACEEE Code of Ethics.
ACEEE is responsible for informing and accountability to all its stakeholders and to the public, particularly on programme evaluation and accreditation activities.
